What would you like more of?

We’ve got through January and this can mean we’re well and truly into routine, kids are back to school and reality can bite, we’ve worked through and we’re already exhausted and there are still 11 months to go! How are we going to get through the year! So what do you want and what would you like more OR less of?

What can we do at In Motion to support you and help you get through this year?

Timetable

We’ve had some requests for;

  • Kids yoga
  • More Yin classes
  • 430pm flow class
  • Yoga barre class
  • YOGA Nidra Sunday night session like the end of year class we did

Before we add or delete classes we’re opening it up for your contribution. What will support you to get through this coming year? Please let us know if you would like more or less of a particular class? Our ears are open?? We will then be adjusting and accomodating the requests as best we can!

  • Are you feeling well and happy?

We can all fall into routine and drop into poses, we can create habits in our practice that don’t help us improve and move forward, so the opportunity is  to do some individual sessions to get you on track and keep you on track for the remainder of the year.

50% OFF the Regular Price

We will continue the $50 offer for a private session until the the end of February. These sessions really do help us to shift and embrace where we are aiming to go, where we want to be and getting us to our best self.

It’s a great opportunity and time to take up this offer and see where your potential lies in advancing, committing and defining your yoga practice and commitment to yourself.
