Mother Energy
???? Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mum’s out there…
The Feminine and nurturing power of Mother…
MA! The mother, in all her forms. A vast subject with various aspects and many layers. It’s a small word, with a massive meaning. “Ma” Is the Sanskrit word for Mother. In some schools of thought it can mean, to make, produce or create. Ma is Mother earth. Nature and everything in it. It’s your mother, my mother, the divine mother. It’s a presence, a cosmic feminine energy that surrounds us, residing in even the smallest cracks and crevices of the earth. She is the very earth that holds us our entire lives, supporting our every move, nurturing us as we grow. She feeds us, hydrates us, she lives in us every day, and we live because of her.
The divine feminine supports us and the universal mother is the primal power that initiates, sustains and delivers creation. Women embody the Divine Mother by bringing new life into this physical world, it is an evolutionary cycle that begins with the new coming through with new beginnings.
SO I HOPE YOU ALL WERE ABLE TO CELEBRATE YOUR MUM TODAY IN ANY WAY YOU COULD WITH THE NURTURING AND GIVING FOR YOUR LIFE. THE LIFEFORCE AND ENERGY FROM WHICH YOU CAME FORTH.

Mother Power Meditation
In Easy Pose and Gyan Mudra, (you can also place your hands on your heart) with a straight spine, chant
MAAAAA: 8 times per breath for 5-11 minutes.
As you chant, call upon and become one with the Divine Mother. Fill your body, aura, and inner space with the Love of the Mother. In our oneness, our mother wounds and our mothers are healed.
When you are done chanting sit quietly and feel the nurturing MA energy in and around your body. Let MA be present in and warm your heart. However the power and presence of the Mother comes to you, allow yourself to be absorbed by it and enjoy being nurtured and cared for. If childhood traumas or other memories come up, let the Divine Mother bless your inner child in each situation.
