Yoga Nidra Night

Sunday December 9th
Starts: 6pm after the Yin Class.

If you have time to get to the Sunday 430pm Yin class I highly recommend it as a great pathway to get you into your body before the relaxation of YOGA NIDRA.

It’s a busy time of year so to help you get some time to build up your energy reserves and some time to chill and relax, we’re going to have a night of calm and quiet.

Yoga Nidra can be the equivalent of up to 8 hours sleep, benefits include: deep relaxation, the body sleeps but the mind is lucid, cells regenerate and repair, improves sleep, balances the systems of the body, reduce stress and overall wellbeing and health is generated.

Come along for this night of relaxation and rejuvenation and enjoy some time for you.
