How do you POSE? Posture?
Good Posture
One of the many benefits of YOGA is posture, postural awareness and alignments.
It is said we are only as young as our spine, and that is contributed to the strength and flexibility that it affords us to move through life especially as we age with easy flow and movement.
Every day life patterns, work, environment all has an impact on our posture, our emotions and energy also, how we feel, our stature and even if we’re tall or short all has an impact.
Yoga cues us to: lift, support, engage, soften, strengthen, align, shift, connect, feel, lengthen, open, hold, imagine, energise, balance, stabilise, release… and they are a few terms in short, all in an attempt to align and bring us into homeostasis.
“Tada” …sana…
