Please make sure you stretch, mobilise and strengthen around any injuries you may have, never forcing or pushing through them.

Remember to be mindful and respect the feedback and messages the body is giving you. Listen within. Be gentle, kind and open with yourself, strengthening and stretching to where you can with breaths and connection. Namaste.
