We’ve all got a story, and it’s the story that’s got you here. But stories exist in the past. Journeys flow from the past, to the present, and onward to the future. I encourage all my students to let go of their story and focus on their journey instead. It’s stepping into the connection to ourselves that will uncover and discover the journey YOU are involved and determining.
