CARE

Care

We all care about ourselves, each other and we like to think we are doing the “right” thing by caring. But what is all this caring doing – is it taking action to move us in the “right” direction. I care about whom, what and when?

If I care does it help the others, do I care about myself more and fill up my own well. We all care as much as we can, but where is the line in the sand for you? Or is it always moving?
What is it?
Do we test each other to see if we care?
Do we not care?

Do we move through life and find the space in which to care and when it’s too much do we shift and change or care more deeply? Who’s to say who cares more? Are we looking out for ourselves with self care? Or our children and families as we believe we care?

What is it and where does it come from? Feelings of vulnerability, wanting to know we have a heart, making ourselves feel good? Wanting others to know so they can appreciate us? Is it a heartfelt feeling to care? If we’re too busy do we care but then we aren’t able to do anything about it but we still care?

So what motivates us to care?

7 Days FREE
Do we care about ourselves enough to give ourselves time to feel healthier, happier? Can we step onto our mats and find some time and space for self-care? Is your self care time on the mat, time to connect into ourselves and see how we feel in this moment or to release tensions from the day? Take some self care time and step onto your mat to breathe, move and “be”.

When you say “yes” to others, make sure you are not saying “no” to yourself.

Thanks for the great movements today Louise.  I felt like I was getting sciatic pain last week, even thought I do yoga movements each morning.  I now don’t have one bit of pain where I had it.  You must have known something.  You just got rid of all those aches and pains.  Have a great day.
