More or Less

MORE or LESS

Tune in and assess what it is we need at any given time of our lives. What is it you need; more or less?

For some this Easter weekend break might be time to get out and be active, for others it might be a time of rest and rejuvenation.

Introspection or Extroversion – What do you need in this moment?

Assess
If we take a few moments each day to assess what it is we need and what we need to do to make us better in the moment, then the world should be a better and happier place to be in.

Time out to rest:
Can we take those few moments each day to leave work at work or home at home – as much as we try we can’t always leave circumstances behind us but if we give ourselves the time to tune inward then we can assess if we need more rest or activity in our lives to make a decision better for ourselves and all around us. Responsive to the moment rather than reactive. Sorting our energy out before we move it onto another.

Attuning with our energy and then its output in the best way. Do we need to take time out and surrender or do we need to take action and shift?

7 Days FREE
Rest or Action: Yoga is the response to tuning in and acknowledging what we need. Take time on the mat in Savasana ideally, or a few moments before you step through a doorway to assess and move towards a positive outcome for yourself and then others around you too.

Step onto your mat for 7days free YOGA to enjoy a connection inward that gives you rest, rejuvenation and energy all at the same time.

Choose: More or Less
Perhaps we don’t always make the “right choice” for ourselves and it takes time to learn what to do or what we need. Time to grow and to others it might seem so easy but to look within can be challenging to know if we need rest or activity.

Learn to connect inward to tune into the energy of you in the moment; whether on your mat or at any time – simply though, as often as you possibly can.

Sattvic, Rajassic or Tamasic:
Are you calm, jittery or lethargic.

Tune into your energy and asses it and then move from that place to create balance and harmony and wellbeing in our internal environment. Then choose whether you need rest or action.

Some more tips in the Blog from January on the Guna’s.

Tune in and feel your energy in the moment and also with family to know what feels best for you and them in this moment. I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon.

Thanks to all of you for our lovely community.

Blessings and Namaste Lou xo

Hi Lou, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the class last night.  There was a lot going on in the background for me which I’ll fill you in on when I see you.  But the poses and the sound of your familiar soothing voice helped get me through what was going on.  Perfect timing, perfect everything,  All I could think was you truly are an angel, thanks Lou. xx
