‘Yoga: means Union where all states of being in which apparent opposites and distractions are reconciled experientially in a state of union.

Not only the union of the parts with each other , but also with the whole. To live without fragmentation, or inner conflict. Where we are able to embrace our whole being from the surface to the depths. We encompass our limitations with our limitlessness. We honour and live from, by and within our nature.

Yoga is not a process of denial but a process of revelation. To engage in the process of YOGA is not about turning our back on our conditions but encountering, acknowledging and accepting ourselves just as we are. To reveal and express what we are in the deepest sense, our true nature, we must first learn to reveal and express what we are on all the other levels of our being.

To live from the wholeness of our being.

That is a state of YOGA.” – Unknown

Yoga does not change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.
